Manta – A Ride Like No Other
On Monday, May 4, 2009 (one day before Manta was opening for the public preview!) the Manta Fever VIP Preview happened.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, everyone that has a strong urge to fly like a manta and a strong stomach, you MUST get yourself to SeaWorld as fast as your wings can fly and get on Manta! It is an amazing ride like no other.
Now that I’m a pro at it, having done the ride 4 times that night, I can officially say — Manta is the BEST! I love all roller coasters in the Central Florida area, but NOTHING compares to the feeling of laying down and flying over SeaWorld!
Here is my video of that night which includes the SeaWorld President talking about Manta and the whole attraction and also video of the ride! Yes, the WHOLE ride! Here’s ALL you have to do to watch this video:
1. Put your computer on the ground (or somewhere where you will be able to see it from the ground.
2. Lay on the ground, on your stomach, and make sure to lock your feet into the leg harness.

Thanks Dina. Glad to hear that someone enjoys our twitter names as much as we do! Maybe one of these days we can actually stop and talk..you know, when there aren't roller coasters running. Maybe Orlando Tweetup III :)
