Get Animated!

MOSI Tampa opened up a new exhibit on July 10, 2009. It’s by Cartoon Network and most of the CN characters are there! This exhibit is included in your MOSI admission.

You can learn how animation is done, see cel animation, see hand-drawn art from Hanna-Barbera, and also be a part of a Bullet Time effect aka the “Matrix Effect”.

You’ll learn what storyboards are for and help put them in order from start to finish.

There are LOTS of other hands-on exhibits to check out and see exactly how the animations start and how they end up in their finally form on Cartoon Network.
