It’s A Date (Night)

It’s Spring! Isn’t this when the big ‘blockbusters’ start coming out?!

I am always up for a good movie and recently most of the promos I have been seeing do NOT look like something I want to see.

But a Tina Fey and Steve Carell movie – Date Night. That I WILL be seeing. Seriously – Tina Fey and Steve Carell. Oh and Leighton Meester, my favorite Gossip Girl!

A couple that has been together for who knows how many years goes on a weekly ‘date night’ – hence the title of the movie. This night is a bit different. Some thugs are after them since they apparently think they are the criminals they are looking for. A car chase and some gun shots later, I’m pretty sure this movie will be quite hilarious.

I haven’t seen a Tina Fey movie that I didn’t like and all of the tv spots for Date Night Movie seem to be quite funny. The movie opens this Friday, April 9th and what better way to start a weekend – you can have your own date night with you other half or friends.
